The 162 North State Street Residences is truly in the heart of Chicago's world-class theatre district, surrounded by Chicago Theatre, the Goodman Theatre, and the Oriental Theatre. Also located at the first floor of the residence hall is SAIC's own Gene Siskel Film Center.
An architectural achievement in itself, the 162 North State Street Residences is a combination of new construction and an existing 1906 structure.
